​Founded in 2025, Quality Structures was established to meet the growing demand for high tunnel and greenhouse construction in the Midwest.
With over five years of experience in the greenhouse industry, Jeffrey Zimmerman embarked on this venture initially to keep his team occupied during the slow seasons at his company, Dripwerx Irrigation. However, the overwhelming demand for greenhouse construction soon surpassed their irrigation projects in 2024, leading to the creation of Quality Structures. Our commitment to quality and innovation ensures that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
Meet The Owner
Jeffrey Zimmerman
Raised on a commercial fruit and vegetable farm in Orchard, IA, Jeffrey Zimmerman developed a strong work ethic and invaluable skills while helping with his family's operations. At 15, he began working for a local produce and greenhouse supply company, and by 18, he was offered a sales position. Over the years, Jeffrey gained extensive experience in quoting, selling, and providing technical support for high tunnels, greenhouses, equipment, and drip irrigation systems.
In 2022, Jeffrey founded Dripwerx Irrigation as a side business, leveraging his expertise in designing and selling drip irrigation systems. By 2023, Dripwerx Irrigation had expanded into the installation and service space, offering turf irrigation system design and installation, as well as specialized installation services for small to medium-sized drip irrigation systems across the wider Midwest.
In 2024, Dripwerx Irrigation further expanded into high tunnel and greenhouse construction and maintenance. Recognizing the need to separate the irrigation and construction aspects of the business, Jeffrey founded Quality Structures in 2025.
