Located in the far north of Minnesota, just an hour from the Canadian border, the Klasens operate a thriving retail greenhouse and landscaping business. With a vision to create a beautiful, all-season retail space that combined greenhouse functionality with hard-structure comfort, they selected an Atlas 3-bay, 108′ x 120′ greenhouse system.
The first 36′ x 120′ bay is clad in metal and fully insulated, housing their retail store, offices, and checkout area. The remaining two bays feature clear polycarbonate cladding — the heart of the operation, where plants are grown and sold.
Quality Structures took on the project head-on, making the eight-hour journey into the Northland to bring the Klasens’ vision to life. The completed structures now stand tall and impressive, built to support their expanding business for years to come.
